The City of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, has designed a program of financial incentives for artists from all over the country seeking to relocate to an area that is beautiful and affordable. Low–cost Victorian houses are available for purchase and renovation, providing the opportunity for artists to live, work, teach, and market in their own homes. Johnstown is committed to the Arts! City government, businesses, and
the private sector (especially the art and cultural communities!) came together to develop the Johnstown
Artist Relocation Program. This wide–reaching involvement is testimony to the community's commitment to
